Team Support is a service designed to help business owners display that their team matters beyond the job. With Team Support companies receive a designated amount of Better Me Sessions or a customized Workshop Monthly!

  • Better Me Sessions are designed to be 30 -60 minutes one on one sessions that creates a space for positive self-development.

Examples: Brainstorming on business ideas, Creating a game plan to tackle life obstacles, Event Planning, Creating Positive Habits, and Obtaining a healthy work-life balance.

  • Workshops are a service that creates a space where individuals can develop and explore different aspects within themselves and/or the group.

Examples: Cultural Sensitivity, Effective Communication, Leadership Skills, Team Bounding

1- 51 Employees will receive 5 Better Me Sessions for the Month or a Customized Work Shop

51-100 Employees will receive 10 Better Me Sessions for the Month or a Customized Work Shop

101- 150 Employees will receive 15 Better Me Sessions for the Month or a Customized Work Shop

151- 200 Employees will receive 20 Better Me Sessions for the Month or a Customized Work Shop

200+ Employees will receive 25 Better Me Sessions for the Month or a Customized Work Shop

  • Please note that all Workshops must be requested by the 7th of every month and any unused services will be forfeited. The prices listed above are standard pricing but may have additional fees based on travel.
